Urgent and 'Guaranteed By' delivery times are only valid for mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland. All UK islands and some Scottish and Northern Ireland postcodes require an extra day for delivery.
Large or heavy orders within the UK may require delivery by courier. “EU or Elsewhere” orders may incur extra charges. Hemming Service
Would you like to receive your Tilley Pants hemmed? Please check the hemming tick box in Checkout Step 3 and we will contact you for the details of hemming length and with the estimated time of delivery. The hemming charge is £ 8.00 per item.
Please Note: We cannot accept returns on hemmed trousers so please measure carefully. Trousers may come hemmed slightly longer than requested length to accommodate any shrinkage during washing.

FREE GIFT BOX
To make your gift-giving much easier, we will present your gifts wrapped in tissue paper and enclosed in an elegant presentation box. Just specify "gift" when you order. We'll prepare a message of your choosing to accompany your gift. Then we'll place the presentation box and a bow in a plain wrapped box for shipping.
BACK ORDERS
Every now and then, one of our more popular items may be temporarily sold out in the size or colour which you ordered. Don't despair if your order arrives missing an item or two. Our stock is constantly being replenished and we generally ship back-ordered items, at our expense, within a few weeks. If it's going to take longer than 2 weeks to ship the missing items, we'll let you know - by telephone or by first-class mail, depending on the situation - when you can expect the rest of your order.
