Three times people in the hotel stopped to congratulate her, and an African couple in Annecy who were taken with it stopped us too. Needless to say on each occasion we showed them the Tilley label inside. I don’t want to detract from the excellence of my wife’s hat, but it was enhanced by a flower made from Harris Tweed which is of course is made on the island here.”
